Being the only unemployed one in my group of friends, it meant I had access to all their bikes while they were working; and well, I had to take advantage of it.
Warning: I am biased towards anything on 2 wheels with an engine; I will have a blast on a 250cc as much as on my 1198 so it is really hard for me to point out anything bad about any bike.
What can I say about this bike; as a cruiser, this thing is totally bad ass! Seriously how can anyone hate on that sound? And damn this thing is comfortable.
This particular bike belongs to my best friend; he went and got it against all my wishes (because obviously I wanted him to get a Ducati, a Streetfighter to be exact). But deeply insideme, I was happy because it meant a totally different bike for me to ride!
This bike belongs to my friend @apxlvr He has owned this bike for a very long time, and it has quite a lot of mods.
This monster is completely different to my old monster; for instance the seating position, the dry clutch and damn that torque. I had a blast riding this bike; I put close to 500 miles in a couple of days without even realizing it.
This old lady also belongs to @apxlover; I believe he bought this bike from someone he knew, he had it tuned up and added a few things to it to get it running right. (I wish he would give me his credit card and let me go a bit crazy with it).
I must admit I was a bit reluctant to ride this bike, especially to take it anywhere more than 10 miles away from home. After a few rides around my area, I decided to give it a go and venture out to more scenic roads.
The bike was an absolute blast on the twisties, I was a bit afraid of the breaking and suspension capabilities of a bike this old; but to my surprise it did quite well.
